A researched shortlist of Cloudways, HighLevel and Text/LiveChat. All three are software or hosting offers. Physical-product and other service niches remain gaps in this collection; useful programs without two-tier rewards stay in the wider directory.
On this page
A two-tier program can pay you for qualifying sales generated by an affiliate you referred. The three offers below document that model, but use different commission bases and approval rules. Start with the product your audience needs, then examine the recruitment terms.1,2,3,4
Compare two-tier programs
| Program & reader need | Second-tier rate & base | Check before applying |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudways Publishers who can help others evaluate managed web hosting.5 | 7% of the referred affiliate’s eligible commission1 7% of referred affiliate per-sale commission; opt-in required. Plan coverage and duration unconfirmed.1 Maximum duration: Unknown.1 | Enable the two-tier option. Sale approval follows at least two paid invoices; examples cover Slab. Hybrid/Custom coverage and maximum duration need confirmation.1,5,6 Conflicting terms |
| HighLevel Publishers helping agencies evaluate CRM and marketing workflows.2,7 | 5% of eligible product revenue; exact gross/net deductions unconfirmed2,3 Standard 5% on eligible product sales via approved recruited affiliates; exact deductions and binding mechanics unconfirmed.2,3 | Approved recruitment designation and listed products only. Agreement/help wording differs; 45-day qualification, engagement and forfeiture rules affect payment.2,8,3 Terms incomplete |
| Text / LiveChat Publishers teaching support teams or stores about customer-service tools.4,9,10 | 5% of eligible net service revenue4,11 5% on qualifying net service sales by referred partners. Marketed as recurring; contractual maximum duration and binding details unconfirmed.4,11 | Use the partner recruitment link. Net deductions and qualifying paid sales apply; recruitment attribution, binding and maximum duration remain unconfirmed.4,12,13 Terms incomplete |
These are separate second-tier rewards. HighLevel's standard 40% direct and 5% second-tier rates do not create a combined 45% reward. Cloudways' 7% of affiliate commission is not 7% of a hosting bill.2,1
HighLevel's agreement describes purchases “made by” recruited affiliates; portal help describes customers they refer. Its approved designation, exact deductions and mechanism need confirmation. Text markets ongoing rewards, but its contract does not establish an unconditional lifetime or maximum second-tier duration.2,3,10,4
The percentage needs a base
Hypothetical arithmetic, not an earnings forecast. Suppose an eligible customer sale is US$100 and the selling affiliate earns US$20. Two imaginary 5% offers produce different amounts:
| Hypothetical offer | Calculation | Result before other conditions |
|---|---|---|
| 5% of eligible customer revenue | US$100 × 5% | US$5 |
| 5% of the selling affiliate's commission | US$20 × 5% | US$1 |
Neither row describes a specific provider's complete offer. Qualification, exclusions, reversals and payment rules still matter. Text's net base deducts taxes, discounts/credits, refunds, uncollected amounts and third-party/payment-processing charges; HighLevel's precise gross/net treatment remains unconfirmed.4,2
From referral to cash
Use these stages as a confirmation checklist, rather than assuming a signup creates payable income:
| Program | Activation or qualification | Published cash condition |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudways | Enable the two-tier option. Approval follows the original sale, requiring at least two paid invoices. Its worked examples cover Slab; Hybrid/Custom coverage needs confirmation.1 | PayPal at $250 approved monthly earnings, processed in the last week. $100 transferred to hosting funds is not cash; below-threshold carry-forward remains unknown.1 |
| HighLevel | Recruited-affiliate designation requires approval. Qualifying purchases need 45 days in good standing without pauses.2 | May hold payments until above US$50; failure to reach US$50 within 120 days may forfeit commissions. A practices conversation is required after the second referred customer before further payouts.2,8 |
| Text/LiveChat | Use the partner recruitment link; new partners must make qualifying service sales, with payment and tracking conditions.4,11 | Agreement requires balance above US$50 to withdraw in USD via verified PayPal, with fees borne by the affiliate. Exit at US$50 or less can leave no payment obligation.4 |
These are published program-account conditions. Confirm aggregation and their application to second-tier-only activity, especially HighLevel's engagement requirement and 120-day clock. A customer cookie window does not establish a recruited-affiliate binding window; none of these profiles establishes a confirmed maximum second-tier duration.1,2,3,8,4
Choose something worth recommending
- Audience fit: write down the customer's actual problem and the evidence you can contribute. Assess whether the product still earns its cost when cheaper or AI-assisted alternatives exist.
- Affiliate fit: identify why another publisher would promote that product. Recruitment credit is a reason to investigate the offer, not evidence of product quality or likely sales.
- Cash fit: compare your realistic publishing pace with qualification and payout conditions. Do not plan spending around unapproved rewards.
Keep permission separate from eligibility. HighLevel's approval of a second-tier designation does not authorize third-party sub-affiliate networks; that requires a written exception. Its issued-link and relationship-notice rules also apply to participating affiliates.2,8
What stays out of this shortlist
Higher rates for your own sales are performance tiers, not recruitment rewards. Cloudways' Slab structure is an example. Fixed activation or milestone bonuses are also different: Travelpayouts' current referral offer uses fixed milestones, not an ongoing percentage of referred publishers' sales.1,14,15
We also exclude unconfirmed or obsolete downstream offers from this documented collection. Unknown does not mean no reward. Explore gardening, home and lifestyle, pets and travel for other audience fits; two-tier eligibility needs its own evidence.
Before you apply
For your strongest candidate, confirm the recruitment method, eligible base, covered plans, duration/exit treatment, allowed traffic, country eligibility and cash conditions. Read its full profile and official destination first. Use the program-selection lesson to turn those answers into a short, useful decision record.
Sources and open questions
Main second-tier terms were rechecked October 7, 2026. The matrix also reuses dated evidence from the reviewed profiles; individual source dates remain in the list below. HighLevel's agreement/policies display June 2026 updates. Text's terms have December 5, 2025 metadata; that is not a confirmed effective date. Older help does not override governing terms.2,8,4,11
This selection is incomplete across industries. Recruitment binding, maximum duration and account-specific conditions remain unresolved.
