Three rates, two referral roles

The base is eligible net service revenue. Text deducts taxes and government charges, discounts and credits, refunds and chargebacks, uncollected amounts, and third-party/pass-through or payment-processing charges. A US$100 customer bill can therefore have a commission base below US$100. 1,4
What the percentages mean
Eligible net service revenue
Separate US$100 qualifying net-sale scenarios at the starting 20% direct rate and the 5% second-tier rate. Not a combined reward. Assumes valid attribution; withdrawal threshold, fees and program conditions still apply.
The affiliate page markets the 5% reward as recurring for the lifetime of referred partners' sales. The agreement does not separately define its maximum duration, partner-binding rules or what survives either partner leaving. Confirm those details before relying on long-term second-tier income. 1,3
From click to withdrawable balance
The 120-day rule describes customer attribution, not a confirmed cookie for recruiting partners. Use the separate partner-referral link for that purpose. Purchases made before joining the program or without a referral link are ineligible. Link guidance. 1,5,4
Text may also reduce or withhold fees when a client is reassigned to, self-reports to, or deals directly with its sales team. A recorded signup is not a guarantee of payment. 1,5,4

Promotion rules in brief
- PPC is allowed. The current Text page says there are no restricted brand keywords. The agreement still prohibits objectionable or unlawful keywords, intellectual-property infringement and confusingly similar domains. 1,2
- Use provided assets within their license. Do not alter them or imply wider company endorsement of your site. 1,2
- Avoid artificial referrals and intrusive software. False information, inflated fees, spyware, adware and prohibited advertising overlays can lead to termination. 1,2
- Check uncertain methods first. The reviewed sources do not establish permission for self-referrals, unsolicited email or your own incentive schemes. 1,2
Before applying
Registration is advertised as free. Participants must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to the terms; Text can refuse participation. Confirm your country and payment eligibility, the actual product/plan coverage, and which new licenses receive 22%. Complete affiliate-country and customer-country lists were not established. 1,2

Sources and open questions
Official pages checked October 2, 2026. The agreement's page metadata dates to December 2025; its terms take effect for a partner on registration or the applicable order form, with updates effective when posted. We prioritize it over help-page shorthand. 1,6,7
The partner-referral help displays a July 2019 update date and uses both sales and earnings wording. The agreement's qualifying-sales base governs this profile. The Text App help page still contains a 30% promotion expressly ending in 2025; it is not a current new-referral offer here. 1,6,7
