Listed eligible products; 45 days in good standing without pauses to qualify.
Recurring while applicable subscriptions stay active and paid. Revenue exclusions and payout conditions need attention.1On this page
HighLevel offers separate 40% direct and 5% second-tier affiliate rewards for specified products. The calculation base and approval conditions matter as much as those percentages. 1,3

Our fit assessment
Our view: consider HighLevel when your audience already needs the software. Expect to demonstrate workflows credibly and allow for qualification and payment delays.
| Your audience | Editorial assessment |
|---|---|
| Agency & CRM audience | Relevant decision to help with 1,3 |
| Bargain hunters | Weaker match; incentive restrictions apply 1,3 |
| Salary seekers | Different need; commissions are conditional 1,3 |

Eligible product revenue
Separate referral roles, not a combined 45% entitlement. Assumes a confirmed eligible base, approved attribution and all qualification rules; actual revenue deductions remain undefined.
These are separate roles, not a combined 45% reward. Different written terms can apply. Public sources describe eligible product sales, not 5% of the recruited affiliate’s own 40% commission; precise gross/net treatment, taxes, discounts, credits and other deductions remain undefined. 1,4
The portal help describes customers referred by recruited affiliates; the agreement says purchases “made by” them. Confirm this mechanism for your approved account. 1,4
- Single Location, Agency Unlimited and Agency Pro (SaaS) accounts. 1,4
- White Label Mobile App Upgrade, HighLevel Certifications and AI Employee. 1,4
- Other recurring subscription-based add-ons added over time. 1,4
That is not every product or usage charge. Recurring commissions depend on the applicable subscription remaining active, paid and eligible; no unconditional lifetime payment is established. 1,4
HighLevel can approve, deny, revoke or modify second-tier designations. Confirm the recruitment route and binding process: ordinary customer signup and the 90-day customer window do not establish approved second-tier credit. The arrangement’s duration and exact calculation remain unconfirmed. 1,4
From click to qualifying purchase
For second-tier sales, the recruited affiliate refers the customer; your approved recruitment relationship is a separate requirement. Tracking failures and competing clicks can affect credit, and HighLevel retains final attribution authority. Attribution-change requests after 90 days from initial signup are denied. 1,3
Cancellation or nonpayment stops commissions for the affected product. Customer attribution ends 30 days after cancellation; a later fresh click, net-new purchase and 45-day qualification may qualify again. Engineering cancellation or transfers to replace another affiliate’s attribution is prohibited. 1,3
Payment conditions
| Condition | What to know |
|---|---|
| Schedule | Monthly, typically the 15th of the month after HighLevel receives payment for a qualified purchase; next business day for weekends/holidays 1,4 |
| Payment hold | HighLevel may hold payment until commissions exceed US$50 1,4 |
| Possible forfeiture | Commissions failing to reach US$50 within 120 days may be forfeited; clock start/reset details remain unknown 1,4 |
| Required engagement | After the second referred customer, a live affiliate-practices conversation is required before further payouts; email may substitute if time-zone scheduling fails 1,4 |
| Setup | Current contact/legal-name details, payment-provider account, tax information and no outstanding compliance issues 1,4 |
Qualification does not promise payment on day 45. Missing required engagement can delay or forfeit payouts. Refunds, cancellations, disputes, fraud and noncompliance can cause denied commissions or deductions; termination for cause forfeits unpaid commissions. 1,4

Rules that affect your website
The program policies require: 3,1
- Issued links: no manual modification, masking, redirects or manipulation. Confirm provider-generated tracking options rather than assuming permission from older customization guidance. 3,1
- No self-referrals: do not buy through your own link for yourself or your business. 3,1
- Written authorization: required for incentives, coupons, trials, prizes, contests, sub-affiliate networks and third-party link use. Network permission differs from second-tier designation. 3,1
- Original, truthful promotion: no income guarantees, copied HighLevel site appearance, implied representation, insider-access claims or its brand in your domain/social handles. 3,1
- Visible relationships: disclose actual material connections near endorsements/links; website guidance places disclosure above main content. Maintain an accurate privacy policy and independent-affiliate statement. 3,1
Brand-bidding permission is unconfirmed. The program also grants worldwide, royalty-free use of program-related Affiliate Content, including marketing and AI development. Permission survives departure for previously created/shared content; HighLevel says it will not sell that content. Review these rights before contributing original material. 3,1
Before you apply
Confirm your calculation base, recruitment designation, permitted traffic and payment conditions. Publisher-country and customer-country lists remain unknown; sanctions restrictions apply. The current purchase requirement also remains unconfirmed—do not assume a subscription is either mandatory or unnecessary. 1,3

The agreement and policies display June 2026 updates. Portal help was modified April 9, 2026. All were checked October 2; retrieval is not an effective date. 1,3,4,6
Prefer governing terms: older payout examples omit the 45-day qualification. Help describes recruited affiliates’ customer sales; the agreement’s wording is less precise. Confirm that mechanism and calculation exclusions. A 2022 article describes noncustomer applications but does not settle today’s requirements. 1,3,4,6
