The starting rate is unresolved. The program page says commissions start at 40% and grow with sales volume; the agreement and FAQ describe up to 40% for specified products. Confirm the assigned offer before calculating earnings. 6,4,5

Tracking and getting paid
The browser cookie lasts up to 30 days. Another affiliate's link can replace the earlier cookie in the same browser, and deleted cookies can prevent credit. This is an attribution window, not a promise of future commissions. 4,5

- Define the job
List the pages, editing roles, forms and integrations the business needs. Choose the workflow to assess before choosing the affiliate offer.
- Check the exit path
Map what would survive a move and what would need rebuilding. For manual-mode export, explicitly account for the excluded layout, forms and SEO settings. 3
- Assess the full commitment
Record current checkout totals, term length, renewal cost and the work required to rebuild or move. Resolve material gaps before publishing a recommendation.

Promotion and joining
- Paid traffic is restricted. The agreement and application prohibit PPC/impression advertising; other wording discusses prior approval. Obtain explicit permission for a proposed campaign rather than assuming only brand bidding is restricted. Spam, cookie insertion, unauthorized source-hiding and self-referrals are also prohibited. 4,8,5
- Use approved offers and assets. The FAQ permits internet-found coupon codes, but the agreement prohibits other affiliates' codes and requires approval for discounts and incentives. Its coupon-first video restrictions also apply. Follow the governing restrictions rather than copying a found code. 4,5
- Approval is discretionary. Joining help favors an established, relevant website or audience. The FAQ mentions traffic of at least 1,000 without specifying its time period; the application asks for monthly visitors/views. Country eligibility remains incomplete; sanctions restrictions apply and locations outside focus regions may be rejected. 10,5,8,4
Next, check the official program page and current agreement, then prepare a specific audience and promotion plan for the public application. Applications are normally reviewed within five business days; free signup is not automatic acceptance. Affiliate Orchard has not applied or been approved. 4,5

Sources and open questions
Ten official sources were assessed on October 7, 2026, including same-day hosting-discovery snapshots. The main agreement displays August 19, 2026; the application-linked version displays March 24, 2026 and still calls the AI offer Horizons. Neither is an accepted owner contract. 4,7
The FAQ's general no-prepublication-approval answer does not resolve the agreement's separate two-day review requirement for actively negotiated influencer integrations. Confirm which relationship applies. Accounts without new conversions for six months may become dormant; two years of inactivity can lead to deletion. 5,4
