FlexOffers is worth investigating when you need several advertiser relationships for a focused publishing project. Its public directory includes Home and Garden, Sports and Fitness, Clothing and Travel; network approval does not automatically approve your site for an individual advertiser.1,3
FlexCash adds a separate referral route: current public terms say Starter-tier publishers may qualify for 5% of net revenue generated by eligible referred publisher accounts. Read that alongside the FlexCash page's explanation that it shares FlexOffers' resulting revenue—not a percentage of every customer's purchase or your friend's commission.3,4 The exact net calculation and your accepted entitlement still need confirmation.
Two income routes, different decisions
| Route | What earns the reward | What you need to check |
|---|---|---|
| Promote an advertiser | An eligible lead or sale under that advertiser's program5,3 | Rate, base, attribution, customer scope and approval for your exact traffic source |
| Refer a publisher through FlexCash | Qualifying activity from an approved new publisher; Starter terms describe 5% of eligible net revenue3,4 | Authorized referral method, account binding, applicable tier, net calculation, funding and payment |
Advertiser commissions and cookie windows vary by offer. The checked FlexCash material does not establish a referral cookie duration, competing-referral rule or complete publisher-country list. These remain Unknown, separate from ordinary shopping attribution.
Who qualifies for FlexCash?
The terms require an active referrer account in good standing. Referred publishers must register through an authorized method, have no existing FlexOffers publisher account, maintain approved compliant traffic sources and follow network and advertiser requirements. Referral earnings remain subject to funding, validation, compliance review, corrections and reversals.3
An older FlexCash blog describes up to 10% and a 90-day sales average, while also using publisher-commission shorthand. The current terms instead describe Starter 5% and possible paid-plan enhancements without a complete public enhanced-rate schedule. Do not turn the blog's ceiling into your starting rate or assume buying a plan guarantees extra earnings.6,3
The program page advertises ongoing revenue while referrals stay active and produce qualifying results. The terms allow participation and percentages to be changed or ended, with or without notice. That supports a conditional revenue-share opportunity, not a lifetime entitlement.4,3 A referral-registration bonus, subscription benefit and reward from a publisher's qualifying activity are different things.
The percentage base changes the answer
Hypothetical example, not an income estimate: suppose a referred publisher's activity involves US$1,000 in customer sales, US$100 in publisher commissions and an independently reported US$40 of eligible FlexOffers net revenue. All three numbers are invented; US$40 is not inferred from the other two.
If a confirmed 5% rate applied to that US$40 base, the referral reward would be US$2. Applying it to customer sales would incorrectly produce US$50; applying it to publisher commissions would produce US$5. Ask for the actual eligible-net-revenue calculation before forecasting. We have not observed an account, margin or payout.
From referral activity to cash
- Qualify
New publisher joins through the authorized method and receives the necessary approvals
- Validate
Eligible activity survives funding, accounting, compliance and reversal checks
- Schedule
FlexCash follows your applicable publisher schedule and minimum balance
- Receive
Payment is issued using valid account details; confirm the actual receipt3
Standard terms use NET 60: their example places March commissions at a May 31 processing date, then June 1–7 issuance or the stated grace period of up to ten business days after the closing payment date. Continuing sales criteria, advertiser funding, investigations and reversals can affect payment. This is a published schedule, not a guaranteed bank-arrival date.3
| Selected method | Published monthly minimum | Published processing fee |
|---|---|---|
| ACH | US$25 | US$1.153 |
| Check | US$25 | US$3.453 |
| Wire | US$1,000 | US$17.25–29.90, depending on residence and payout currency3 |
Other methods have their own fees. Availability of a payment method does not establish country admission. Confirm your account's method, currency, fee and schedule before treating a reported balance as spendable.
The compensation page promotes advances and possible NET 30/NET 7 for top performers. Current terms describe eligible paid-plan faster payments of approved, fully funded amounts and explicitly say FlexOffers does not provide advances or loans. Use your accepted schedule; do not assume weekly, NET 7 or unfunded early payment.7,3
Make the network useful to a specific audience
The publisher overview describes deep links, product/promotional feeds, an API and comparison widgets. We have not installed or tested them, and advertised catalog totals do not establish quality or approval for your project.2
Hypothetical project worksheet: a home-and-garden publisher is researching compact watering setups. Use this before adding links or deciding the network suits the site.
| Decision | Evidence to collect | Useful outcome |
|---|---|---|
| Which reader problem? | Space, existing equipment, actual unmet need and relevant merchant offering | A shortlist that may include keeping the current setup |
| Which approved route? | Actual account-visible advertiser, traffic-source approval, eligible action/base/window and channel rules | A merchant-specific record; no borrowed FlexCash rate |
| Which content method? | Exact item/specification, current delivery/return cost, licensed feed/creative rights and update process | Original selection advice; manual content if automation adds no value |
Network materials are licensed for their authorized links and sources. Links approved for one site cannot simply be reused on another; terminated links and materials must be removed.3 A public directory listing is a research lead, not your approval or proof of a good product.
Tradeoffs before applying
The terms state a 1% average conversion indicator for advertiser traffic, with contextual assessment over a reasonable period and network discretion. It is a compliance condition, not a predicted conversion rate.3
Trademark bidding is prohibited. Paid-search direct linking needs advertiser permission. Email/SMS promotion and outsourced activity generally require written approval; browser extensions require special approval and affirmative clicks. Traffic must be transparent, and consumer actions must be completed by consumers themselves.3
Accurate accessible privacy notices and maintained promotional content are required. Reversals can affect balances across accounts, and termination can end link access. Review the full agreement's recordkeeping, responsibility and exit provisions; this page is not a complete legal assessment.3
Next action: open the official FlexCash overview and confirm the authorized referral link, accepted net base, tier, binding rules and cash settings before applying. The network-versus-direct guide helps evaluate the ordinary advertiser route; the two-tier guide distinguishes revenue share from other rewards. Use the selection lesson to record unknowns and the payment study to separate scheduling from receipt.
Sources and open questions
Sources were checked October 8, 2026. Three unchanged same-day discovery captures were reassessed; five substantive official pages were fetched for this profile. The referral's earlier name is documented in a separate announcement.8
The terms body says updated June 15, 2026; its modification metadata is August 24. The FlexCash blog has March 2023 modification metadata, and the compensation page's is June 2024. These dates do not establish your accepted agreement's effective date.3,6,7
