On this page
Botanical Interests may fit gardening publishers who help readers choose seeds and understand how to grow them. Its official creator page links the ordinary affiliate program to Awin; the linked network listing advertises a 15% commission for garden bloggers and writers and a 45-day customer tracking window. 3,4
Those headline terms do not establish the payable order value, payout schedule or affiliate approval. This profile uses public sources, without firsthand seed or payout testing.
Who it may fit
- Seed-selection publishers: compare varieties for a specific growing situation, using documented characteristics and clearly identified experience.
- Beginner gardening educators: explain sowing instructions, spacing and care with useful examples. The packet information offers a concrete teaching angle. 2
- Coupon-only publishers: the Awin description explicitly excludes coupon sites. A general deals audience is not the same as the garden-centric content the program seeks. 3
Our assessment: a seed-focused audience is the clearest fit. Product usefulness and your ability to explain it matter more than choosing the largest advertised percentage.
What makes the offering worth investigating
The catalog includes vegetable, flower and herb seeds alongside growing supplies. The merchant's packet guide describes information on the front, back and inside of its packets: 1,2
| Packet information | A useful content angle |
|---|---|
| Sowing timing, depth, spacing and thinning | Explain how the instructions apply to a reader's space and growing conditions. 1,2 |
| A seedling illustration; coverage information on vegetable and herb packets | Help readers interpret what they are planting and plan a realistic layout. 1,2 |
| Growing and harvest notes inside the packet | Show how to use the information throughout the growing process. 1,2 |
These are documented packaging features, not evidence of superior germination or a successful harvest. Use your own observations for tested comparisons and keep them separate from merchant claims. How to read a seed packet 1,2
Three arrangements, different eligibility
| Arrangement | Published offer | What to keep separate |
|---|---|---|
| Garden blogger or writer through Awin | 15% on referred sales | Exact eligible products, order-value deductions and payment conditions remain unconfirmed. 3,4 |
| Online Partnership Program for physical stores | 35% on referred sales in the Awin description | Requires a wholesale, terms relationship with Botanical Interests. It is not the ordinary blogger rate. 3,4 |
| Ambassador program | The merchant advertises higher commissions and bonus opportunities | Numeric terms are unpublished in the reviewed creator page; do not assume the Awin offer applies. 3,4 |
The merchant links affiliate applicants to Awin and ambassador applicants to a separate Superfiliate portal. Use the route that matches your situation. Official creator programs · Awin program description 3,4
Second-tier availability is unknown. These sources do not establish a reward for sales generated by affiliates you recruit. Higher ambassador rates, wholesale-store commissions and bonuses are not proof of a tier-2 arrangement. 3,4
Terms to confirm before you commit
| Term | What is known |
|---|---|
| Publisher eligibility | Awin describes U.S.- and Canada-based affiliates with garden-centric content. Applications can be refused; location alone does not establish acceptance. 3,4 |
| Customer tracking | Awin lists 45 days. Click priority, cross-device treatment and other attribution exceptions are unconfirmed. 3,4 |
| Commission and payment | Gross/net order value, tax/shipping deductions, eligible products, reversals, approval hold, minimum balance, currency and payment schedule remain unconfirmed. 3,4 |
| Promotion | Coupon sites are excluded. Paid search, brand bidding, email, social and other channel permissions need the applicable agreement. 3,4 |
Canadian publisher eligibility does not mean Canadian customer delivery. Evaluate the customer destinations separately. 3,4,5
Delivery and returns affect reader fit
The merchant supports shipping to the contiguous U.S. and does not offer direct international shipping. Its Alaska/Hawaii instructions disagree about eligible items and shipping prices, so confirm the destination before quoting an offer. Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories are excluded in the shipping policy. Shipping information 5
The return policy lists one year from purchase for physical seeds, for store credit, and 30 days from delivery for hardgoods. Conditions and fees apply; do not describe this as an unconditional cash-back guarantee. Forwarded international orders lose return/refund coverage after delivery to the U.S. forwarding service. These customer rules do not establish how affiliate commissions are reversed. Returns and refunds 6
Before applying
- Pick a specific seed or growing question your audience needs answered. The niche-selection lesson can help narrow it.
- Check the ordinary Awin offer against your location, content and intended channels. Confirm eligible order value, payout and reversal rules before estimating revenue.
- Choose the appropriate application from the official creator-program page. Approval and the terms offered to you remain separate from this public listing. 4
