The agreement is marked revised October 21, 2025. The currently linked participation, trademark and product-list documents have 2021, 2020 and 2022 revision dates respectively; retrieving them today does not make them newly issued terms.4,5,6,1
A material tradeoff for review publishers
The agreement restricts disparagement and negative portrayal during participation and for 12 months afterward, and licenses provided assets for positive promotion on approved platforms. If your work depends on frank criticism, assess that restriction before accepting. This is a contractual tradeoff, not a finding about its legal enforceability.4
- Promotion: participation policy bars paid-search promotion, coupon/incentive sites, remarketing Secretlab customers to your platforms and unauthorized cloaking/shorteners. It requires brand-negative keywords in other paid-search activity. Obtain permission for licensed assets and intended search/meta-tag use; an invitation is not blanket creative approval.5,6
- Relationship: accepted affiliates must disclose commission earnings, including throughout relevant video/livestream segments. The agreement excludes employment, agency and implied sponsorship. Affiliate Orchard enrollment remains unconfirmed.4
- Leaving or becoming inactive: the policy permits withdrawal after six inactive months and access removal within seven days; the agreement instead describes 30 days to download account information after inactivity notice. Confirm that conflict. Ordinary termination only promises to *try* for seven days' notice, with immediate grounds and final commission adjustments; posted changes can take effect without advance notification.5,4
Full publisher-country eligibility remains unconfirmed. “No geographical restrictions” marketing does not establish worldwide customer delivery or acceptance.3,4

Hypothetical example: a reader wants a desktop at 690 mm. The Pro's published range includes it; the Evo's stated minimum exceeds it. That narrows the comparison, but does not prove chair clearance, monitor-arm compatibility, usable workspace or comfort.2

Returns: a free restocking fee is not a free return
