The fee-credit option requires an account and online-credit refund, is limited to once per order, and is unavailable for orders paid with online credit or Klarna. Credit cannot simply be treated as a cash refund.7

Final sale and exchanges need extra care
Final-sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds or online credit. A final paid price over $20 after discounts may permit a one-time same-item size/color exchange, subject to availability and the order confirmation; $20 or less is ineligible. The denial table describes size-only exchanges, while the full final-sale policy mentions size or color—confirm the actual option rather than promise one.10,11
The exchange policy is U.S.-only, limits replacements to the same style at an equal or lower price, and excludes orders paid through Afterpay, Klarna or fully with online store credit. Only one exchange per item is allowed.12
The exchange clock differs from an ordinary return. Lulus says it must receive either the original or replacement within ten days of the replacement’s delivery to avoid charging for the replacement. Replacement items also have a ten-day return window; exchanging does not extend the original item’s window.12
A sensible purchase-and-return process

High-volume return activity can trigger higher fees and store-credit-only refunds. Lulus asks bridal gown/party shoppers seeking a try-on-order exemption to contact customer care; it is not automatic. Do not describe ordering many outfits and returning most of them as risk-free.8

Start with the official Lulus affiliate page. Confirm the assigned offer, permitted properties, countries, channels and materials. The general site Terms grant personal-use content access; the affiliate invitation’s creative-tools promise is not unlimited permission to copy product images or other content.13
If authorized to share a code, check its live terms: codes can expire, have usage/new-customer limits and exclusions, and generally cannot be combined. A shopper discount percentage is not your commission rate.4
