GameStop's pre-owned page says traded-in items are tested and guaranteed to work. That is the retailer's claim, not our inspection or evidence of a particular unit's condition, included parts or longevity. Its guarantee also has return deadlines and fees.2,4

Shipping help says outbound fees are nonrefundable and different preorder release dates can incur separate shipping charges. For ordinary pickup, wait for the Ready for Pick Up email and bring confirmation and matching-name valid ID.5,6
Preorder payment depends on the route. General online-preorder guidance says charging occurs about a week before release; the dedicated online-pickup-preorder article says charging occurs at checkout. For an eligible pickup-preorder cancellation, it describes original-method refunds before release or within 30 days afterward, then digital-gift-card refunds later.
